Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RaiderTrader collects, uses, and stores data when you use the RaiderTrader Discord bot, related Discord servers, and the RaiderTrader website at raidertrader.epiano7.dev.

1. Data We Collect

Depending on which features you use, RaiderTrader may collect and store:

• Discord user IDs, guild IDs, channel IDs, message IDs, and role-related configuration IDs;
• trade offers, trade-offer item lists, listing details, ticket records, ticket item records, and status history;
• reputation entries, rep comments, rep metadata, and rep milestone data;
• blueprint tracking data, including saved owned blueprints, notification preferences, and blueprint review feedback;
• server-specific stock and price memory data where those features are enabled;
• images you voluntarily submit for blueprint scanning or reputation screenshots, along with derived scan/debug data where applicable;
• basic operational logs, timestamps, counters, and anti-abuse records needed to keep the service working.

2. How We Use Data

RaiderTrader uses collected data to:

• operate listings, tickets, trade workflows, and blueprint tracking;
• send blueprint and trade-related notifications you opt into;
• display reputation and trust signals inside the product;
• prevent abuse, duplicate actions, and broken workflow state;
• debug, improve, and maintain the bot and website.

3. Data Storage

RaiderTrader primarily stores application data in SQLite databases and related local files controlled by the service operator. Some submitted content may also remain in Discord itself, such as messages, attachments, and bot responses posted in Discord channels or DMs.

4. Blueprint Scan Data

If you submit screenshots for blueprint scanning, RaiderTrader may temporarily process those images in order to detect blueprint data and may store review/debug artifacts, including cropped images and labeling feedback, to improve scanner quality and investigate failures.

5. Data Sharing

RaiderTrader does not currently sell your personal data. Data may be disclosed only as needed to operate the service, comply with the law, respond to abuse, or protect RaiderTrader, its operator, and users. Within Discord, some information you submit is intentionally shown to other users as part of the product, such as listings, trade posts, reputation, and ticket-related activity.

6. Data Retention

RaiderTrader retains data for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, preserve trade and moderation history, support reputation features, maintain blueprint tracking, and investigate abuse or bugs. Some records may be deleted earlier, and some server or user data may persist until manually removed.

7. Your Choices

You can disable blueprint notification DMs through the bot. You may also request deletion of certain stored user data by contacting RaiderTrader. Some records may need to be retained for operational, moderation, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.

8. Security

RaiderTrader uses reasonable efforts to protect stored data, but no system can be guaranteed fully secure. You use the service at your own risk.

9. Children

RaiderTrader is not directed to children under 13, and you should not use RaiderTrader if you are not permitted to use Discord under applicable rules or law.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of RaiderTrader after an updated policy becomes effective means the revised policy will apply going forward.
