Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of RaiderTrader, including the RaiderTrader Discord bot, related Discord servers, and the RaiderTrader website at raidertrader.epiano7.dev. By using RaiderTrader, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

RaiderTrader is a community-run service for ARC Raiders players. It helps users manage trade listings, sale listings, reputation, tickets, blueprint tracking, and related community workflows on Discord.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using RaiderTrader. If you are not permitted to use Discord or the relevant server, you may not use RaiderTrader there.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RaiderTrader to:

• break the law or facilitate fraud, scams, harassment, or abuse;
• post false, misleading, or intentionally deceptive trade or sale information;
• interfere with the bot, its infrastructure, or other users’ ability to use it;
• attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass technical restrictions on the service;
• use automation or spam to flood servers, tickets, listings, or notifications.

4. User Content and Listings

You are responsible for the information you submit through RaiderTrader, including listings, trade offers, notes, reputation reviews, and blueprint tracking data. You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Server-Specific Features

Some RaiderTrader features are configured per Discord server, including pricing, listings, tickets, and seller workflows. Availability and moderation may differ by server.

6. Reputation and Trust Signals

RaiderTrader may display reputation totals, trade counts, and related trust signals. These are community tools only. RaiderTrader does not guarantee the honesty, performance, or reliability of any user, server, or transaction.

7. No Payment Terms Yet

RaiderTrader does not currently sell paid features directly. Because no paid digital goods or services are currently offered by RaiderTrader, there is no refund policy at this time. If that changes, these terms will be updated before paid features are offered.

8. No Warranty

RaiderTrader is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service may contain bugs, downtime, incorrect matches, missing data, or moderation mistakes. No warranty is made that the service will always be available, accurate, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RaiderTrader and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, trades, access, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Suspension and Termination

RaiderTrader may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service at any time, including for abuse, security concerns, moderation needs, or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

RaiderTrader may change or discontinue features at any time. These terms may also be updated from time to time. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
